caller times selective reporting

If in fact Caller Times Political Pulse Authors were in attendance (and the article implies they were there); why was the public conduct by a CCREDC Officer at about the same time the bachelorette event is not mentioned and we are talking about an unelected CCREDC PUBLIC OFFICIAL who works for us.

Here are a couple of excerpts from dannoynted1 who was in attendance.

Disorderly Conduct by a Public Official is Reason for Resignation or Expulsion from Board

We cannot allow acts like the one below and the acts of CCREDC Treasurer Joe Elizondo to occur without rebuke.

CCREDC

EL PASO, Tx. - A Lower Valley woman accuses an El Paso County Commissioner of getting into a verbal altercation with her near her Fabens home.

Fabens resident Rita Porter says confusion over what the men might have been doing in the canal near her home is what started the situation.

Porter says she saw Commissioner Luis Sarinana and some other men near a culvert in a canal owned by the El Paso County Water Improvement District.

She says she didn't know who they were or what they were up to and that's why she asked them who they were and what they were doing.

According to Porter, Sarinana's response included a few profanities and fewer answers; So she called the Sheriff's Office.

According to the incident report obtained by ABC-7, a Sheriff's Deputy's says Sarinana spoke rudely as soon as he got there. The deputy also reports smelling alcohol on Sarinana's breath and seeing empty beer bottles in the SUV the men were riding in.

Sheriff's deputies issued a ticket to Sarinana for Disorderly Conduct. None of the men were cited for public intoxication.

ABC-7 spoke with Porter Wednesday, who says she was just looking out for her safety and that of her daughter when she asked the men what they were doing. She says gang violence and international drug trafficking in their area has Fabens residents always on guard.

Ms. Porter adds, "I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything illegal going on...like they were tagging the bridge or making a drop-off...I can't afford that -- it's just me and my daughter."

Commissioner Sarinana was not available to talk to ABC-7, as his office said he was in Austin along with other local leaders working to lobby the legislature. Sarinana has denied the allegations in a published reports.

Sarinana's case will be going to go to trial in Justice of the Peace, Precinct 6; however a court date has not been set.

Right at this same time, the Heron started his weekday drone and we were supporting the New Voice as Vicente Carranza was to be included. Sometimes it takes a little while for one to show his true colors however we seen them almost immediately and this is the reason I reported the actions of CCREDC's own Joe Elizondo. Turns out Joe Elizondo is not only tied to CCREDC but is closely tied to and bonded with Juan Garcia.

The next series of events I will try to describe in detail.

The deciding factor and final inspiration for publishing the article occurred on Friday June 2, 2006 when Joe Benavides and Judge JAG ahowed up tardy to the 1150 AM radio talk show. The final final statements of Joe Benavides curiously excluded his client Jimmy Rodriguez although included a slate of WATTS puppets. The tactic was clear, they were trying to look good in the eyes of public opinion by telling everyone they were contributing to this cause for the children. Joe Elizondo's name just happened to be one of the contributors. We dont need contributors like that and besides that Kangaroo Court of JAGS is nothing but a Rail Road of selective prosecution and it generates plenty of money. The contributions are write offs and publicity plugs for a GAZILLIONAIRE'S Agenda. So is it commendable for our kids to have such an example in a Community Leader such as Joe Elizondo.

We smelled Mikal Watts and from this point we knew Jimmy was expendable for Mikal.

After the Heron refused to allow any phone calls I practiced due diligence and repeatedly phoned in as it was explained "this was our radio show" but the Heron Assured us that he was not here to help solve anyone's problems".

We only asked to inform JAG that he was TARDY. I believe it was in all fairness being that he prosecutes parents and students for students being tardy?

Please, correct me if I am wrong?

After writing the article on Elizondo, Juan Garcia calls me and tries to say he did not remember Elizondo being there at the party and after realizing that route was not going to work he told me not to worry I did the right thing if that is what I believed I seen but he dont remember but not to worry because he is in this thing togethrer with me. "You and I are together on this Jaime". then I get a call from Vicente and he was asking if I was sure it was Joe Elizondo. I told him "it was Joe Elizondo Vicente". Vicente asked again if I am sure I am sure? Who else seen him? I told him everybody Vicente Everybody seen him and I gave him a few names.

OH WELL! Is that what I get when I document disrespectful and disorderly behavior of a CCREDC Officer and by his actions he was not a supporter of Juan Garcia. By his actions he appeared to be a physical threat to one of the Band members.

Oh well, we refuse to compromise our principles like the Caller Times.

Homero asked us to give him a chance and the Heron was already obligated to that air time.

So we did
